What Is No Mow?
 No Mow is a wide range of low-growing, mat-forming, ground cover plants that are an attractive alternative to traditional grass lawns. These plants are also used as ornamental and ground covers for living mulches.
No Mow is a practical solution for difficult sites and conditions:
- great for erosion control
- sites too steep to mow
- weed suppression
- sea water or sea spray exposure
- dry conditions
The principle is that the plant material is established in 40 x 60cm trays and are simply tipped out and cut into plug segments like a christmas cake. The plugs are planted at recommended spacing depending on variety, conditions, your circumstances and budget.
This is a far more cost-effective way of growing producing plants at a fraction of the cost of traditional methods. eg plants grown from a garden centre will be at least 400% more expensive for the same volume.
